Jay Lode is a graduate of Montana State University - Bozeman with 30 years of experience resolving tax issues for small businesses and individuals. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Arizona and Montana and is also a Paralegal (AZ) with experience in probate advocacy, legal research and analysis, and tax problem resolution for individuals and businesses.
As an entrepreneur himself, he understands first-hand the unique challenges facing businesses. He enjoys simplifying the complex and looking beyond the present issues at hand to uncover solutions that minimize taxes and improve business effectiveness. His career experience in both corporate and public accounting environments includes financial statement audits, multi-state sales tax, hospital finance, and nonprofit consulting.
